Version: 19.10.2026 · Status: not in force · Language: English

1. Terms

  • Plan - a set of parameters for the amount, term, daily accrual and early redemption.
  • Platform operator: not specified. Details are not filled in — see the block above.

2. Opening an account

  • Registration conditions and eligible user categories require approval.
  • Access is 18+ only. Registration is unavailable to residents of countries on the restrictions list; the list and the verification procedure are in the AML/KYC document. The list is still being agreed and is not final.
  • The procedure for restoring access, deleting an account and processing data requires a separate description.

3. Modes

  • Starting account: 3,000 virtual USDT once per profile. They cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money.
  • Top-up — USDT (TRON/BSC/Ethereum) through the account area; in the current mode transfers are virtual and are not sent to the blockchain.

4. Deposits and early redemption

The early-exit fee and procedure are compared in “Terms”. · The COVER reserve is not insurance; the explanation is on its own page.

  • The return of principal depends on performance of obligations. Part or all of the amount may be lost; unconditional return of principal is not guaranteed.
  • No external source of accruals is claimed. The accrual is a plan condition, not a report on platform income.
  • Early redemption carries a plan fee; the procedure for calculation and execution requires approval.

5. Payments

The request flow and its statuses are described in “USDT withdrawal”.

  • Payout requests are created and reserve the amount within the ledger; there is no on-chain transfer in the current mode.
  • Processing procedures, fees, and what to do in the event of delays should be approved prior to launch.

6. Invitation program

  • 15 % / 7 % / 3 % of invitees’ daily accruals across three levels; the total cap is 25 %.
  • Conditions for participation and resolution of disputed charges require approval.

7. Platform liability

  • Operator responsibilities and error correction procedures must be established prior to startup.
  • Requests go through the account. The first response is within 4 business hours, a payout decision within 24 hours, and an appeal may be filed within 14 days.

8. Limitation of liability

  • The document does not establish an exemption of the operator from liability.
  • Permissible limits and exceptions require legal assessment after the operator has been identified.

9. Changes in terms and conditions

  • The procedure for notification and entry into force of changes requires approval.
  • Rules for already open plans must be defined separately.

10. Applicable law

  • Applicable law: not determined — the jurisdiction field is not filled in, see the block above.
  • The procedure for considering disputes and data for appeals require filling out.
